Get My Free eBook, Confidence: Conquer Any Fear and Live With Confidence, as My Gift to You.

This is a continually updated page. It is a list of books that have been highly influential to me, as well as suggested resources, courses andr other information that I feel may provide you value.

Reading lists are the pages I most often look for when visiting a website. Someone else has done all the research and compiled the results in one place. For some books I have included brief commentary, if they have been particularly influential to me. All should be considered worthy of your time and attention.

If you have any questions or want recommendations, please let me know. Also, let me know what resources you have found helpful and I’ll check them out as well.

Choose Yourself!, James Altucher

My #1 Recommendation. This book has transformed my life more than any I’ve ever read. Simple and somewhat out of the box thinking.

Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, by T. Harv Eker.

Yes, this book looks oriented toward wealth, but the real value I got out of it is how to master the mental game, and understanding how our thoughts and beliefs are programmed, and how to change them. This made a huge impact in my life.

Strengthsfinder 2.0, by Tom Rath.

This book is from the Gallup organization. It is a very well developed assessment of personal strengths. Each book has a code for a free online strengths assessment, so it’s not just a book to be read, but a companion manual to the actual assessment. I will write more about this at some point, but you must get this book and take your own assessment to better understand yourself.

Launch Your Life Academy. This course meets my high standard of quality of materials, scope and specificity of the topics coverered, the reputation of the experts interviewed, but most importantly the testimonials and feedback of people I know about the course.

It covers how to analyze where you are starting from, where you want to be and building a plan of action to get there. Purpose, values, goals, action plan and feeback loop are all topics I would build into a course and are core concepts I cover on this site.
